Karen Guth

With more than 35 years of business management experience, Ms. Guth is responsible for all phases of business operations. She received her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from Trenton State College in 1974 and received a Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine University in 1983. Ms. Guth was the co-founder of Templeton National Bank in 1991 and served as Templeton National Bank's Vice-Chairman from 1992 to 1997. Ms. Guth is also the grower and producer of award-winning extra virgin olive oil, and a member of the California Olive Oil Council.
Joshua M. Yaguda
Vice President
Estate Financial, Inc.
With more than 13 years of business management experience, Mr. Yaguda acts as the broker for EFI and is one of the primary contacts for investor and borrower relations. Mr. Yaguda received his undergraduate degree in English and Economics from Middlebury College in 1990.
